Sidecar
The sidecar is a Tastings.com favorite because it is one of the few appropriate places to use sugar rim. The dry nature of the cocktail gets a little bit of a sweet pick-me-up from using superfine sugar along the rim and skipping and extra sugar in the drink. If you opt out of the sugar rim, bump up the Cointreau by a quarter of an ounce or add a barspoon of simple syrup.
