Alsace Pinot Blanc is a dry white wine that is made from the eponymous grape that has pleasant apple and pear flavors, good acidity and a light earthiness. While other whites from Alsace are quite rich and can often age well, Pinot Blanc is more of a straightforward, easy-drinking wine that should be enjoyed within three to five years.
