Rum is the name of the game in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Rums of all types from coconut rum to lemon rum to spiced rum are produced on the islands. These are rums made for cocktails, as they are ripe and sweet with good spice; most do not have the finesse to be a sipping rum; however, they can be good values.
