Jennifer began her beverage industry career 21, in a French Quarter Daiquiri shop. Her passion and hard work developing a finely tuned palette has paid off by becoming a Certified Sommelier, winning the Chicago Reader’s Choice Cocktail Competition, and being named one of the top 50 Women to Watch in Food and Beverage Magazine.
Previously, Jennifer was also a part of the opening team for Kimpton, opening new bars and restaurants both nationally and internationally.
