Dejorn is a scholar of wine and spirits, ever eager to share her passion and expertise. As Director of Spirits, she’s helped educate the Maverick team and showcase the company’s varied spirits portfolio.

Prior to her work with Maverick, Ms. Huffman was with Tenzing, the Midwest Market Manager for Lucas Bols USA, and one of the driving creative forces behind world-renowned cocktail bar, Sable.
Hailing from Colorado, Dejorn now shares her Chicago home with her beloved dog.
