Citrusy, green, floral aromas of candied lemon peel, Serrano pepper, grapefruit, and mixed green herbs with a round, bright, dryish light body and a smooth, brisk powdered lemonade, almond skin, green tea, and potpourri finish with no oak flavor. Great wine to be paired with a variety of fish and a fantastic aperitif wine to start any meal.
