Aromas and flavors of grapefruit, apple-peach custard, elderflower, and flint and chalk with a supple, crisp, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a seamless, interesting, medium-long finish manifesting notes of lemon curd, gooseberry, pickled green apple, and saline with no oak flavor. A tangy, nicely balanced Sauvignon Blanc with appetizing fruit, crisp acidity and a touch of minerality.
