Clear color. Tropical aromas and flavors of bananas foster, cherry fruit leather, spicy mango-chive compote, and walnut oil and nougat with an oily, soft, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, delightful, long finish imparting notes of powdered sugar, toasted meringue, and praline. A round and warming, and slightly funky white Rum with lovely layers of tantalizing flavors.

These are often of excellent quality with nutty, spicy flavors and a tangy finish and are perfect for cocktails or with the best examples, ideal as a sipping rum.
