Dusty straw yellow color. Attractive, herbal, meaty, peppery, roasted aromas and flavors of meats covered in bbq sauce, raw brown sugar cane almost butterscotch, sautéed bamboo shoots, lemongrass, sweet grass, and watercress with an crisp, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a seamless, charming, medium-long finish that presents notes of under ripe banana and umami, cinnamon sticks, melon rind, almond, marzipan, butterscotch, and sweet molasses and salty lime. A raw and clean expression of terroir with the sweet taste of earth, umami, and grass in the most delicious and interesting way.

Unaged Fresh Cane Juice Rum

Fresh cane juice rums are made with fresh sugar cane juice instead of molasses, but are not AOC or DO, products such as Martinique Rhum, Haitian Rhum or Cachaça. These are often of excellent quality with nutty, spicy flavors and a tangy finish and are perfect for cocktails or with the best examples, ideal as a sipping rum.
