Amber color. Aromas and flavors of tart tatin, cinnamon-raisin-banana French toast, hazelnut, and chamomile with a dry medium-to-full body and a warming, subtle, medium-long finish evoking notes of pear and lightly smoked tea. A floral nose and satisfying caramelized apple, chamomile and pear develop into light smoke and spice; lively and electric.
