Straw color. Aromas and flavors of fig, coconut-lemongrass mineral water, tonka bean, and guava-pineapple agua fresca with a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tingling, subtle, medium-long finish with elements of grass, limestone, and jasmine. Heirloom sugar cane spirit in its top form, it boasts loads of minerality and nuanced, balanced fruit that reminds the imbiber that sugar cane is a grass, packed with complexity when minimally processed.

About

Unaged Fresh Cane Juice Rum

Fresh cane juice rums are made with fresh sugar cane juice instead of molasses, but are not AOC or DO, products such as Martinique Rhum, Haitian Rhum or Cachaça. These are often of excellent quality with nutty, spicy flavors and a tangy finish and are perfect for cocktails or with the best examples, ideal as a sipping rum.
