Light golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of cinnamon and vanilla dates, singed cedar shavings, and caramel and pecans with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, distinctive, medium-length finish that presents accents of caramel and fig, fudge on grilled banana and pineapple, cigar box, and leather and slightly bitter walnut. Barrel forward with a touch of tannins but just a very nicely aged Rum with layer upon layer of flavor.

Aged Fresh Cane Juice Rum

Fresh cane juice rums are made with fresh sugar cane juice instead of molasses, but are not AOC or DO products, such as Martinique Rhum, Haitian Rhum or Cachaça. These are often of excellent quality with nutty, spicy flavors and a tangy finish and are perfect for cocktails or with the best examples, ideal as a sipping rum.
