Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of lemon grass, pineapple husk, green apple, and clover honey with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish with notes of honey, sweet grass, vanilla lemon meringue, and peanut shell. Green and grassy with a slight grainy bitterness to the finish; a great Boilermaker option and will be a hit as an apéritif at your next cookout.

It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
