Gold color. Aromas and flavors of honeyed stone fruit, roasted vienna malt, soda bread and bread pudding, and vanilla fudge with a round, vibrant, dry medium body and a tingling, delightful, medium-length finish manifesting notes of wildflower honey on baked peach, warm baked bread and butter, sweet grass and sage, and vanilla. Honeyed sweet malt leads the way with notes of sticky toffee pudding; a most delightful sipper.

It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category.
