Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of green apple tart, lemon pepper, arugala salad, and clover honey with a round, lively, dry medium body and a warming, delightful, medium-length finish evoking notes of chocolate malt, arugala, vanilla cream, and multigrain bread and rye crackers. A spunky, grainy dram with a creamy center that will be a nice sipper on the rocks or will elevate cocktails.
