Gold color. Aromas and flavors of cocoa dust, honeycomb, dark roasted barley, and honey cinnamon granola with a round, crisp, dry medium body and an interesting, medium-length finish conveying notes of cocoa dusted honey granola, lemongrass and tart red apple, vanilla marzipan with cinnamon and nutmeg, and suede. A bit demure on the nose with a rich and chocolatey palate; this is an easy sipper, or possible shooter, to pair with beers on a chilly evening.
