Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla cream panna cotta, lychee marzipan, baked apple with cinnamon, and fresh lemongrass with a round, vibrant, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, long finish that presents notes of apple fritter, creamy vanilla frosting, dark oats and cocoa nibs, and cinnamon roasted pecan. A simply delicious Irish Whiskey; not overly complex but a benchmark of the style with excellent typicity and near flawless execution.
