Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of honeyed nut toast and granola, dried fruits, white chocolate bar, and baked apple with a silky, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tingling, engaging, medium-long finish with notes of frosted danish, spiced caramelized nuts, hint of pepper, and grain. A soft, creamy Irish blend with attractive fruit and spice notes; a very sessionable Whiskey indeed.

It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
