Aromas and flavors of lightly smoked apple, pear tart, caramel, and cider donut with an dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, complex, medium-long finish that shows accents of dried honeydew, banana taffy, banana pudding, and sassafras. Complex and layered, this fine single malt will be delightful neat or in cocktails; a standout of the category.

Must be composed of 100% malted barley.

Must be distilled entirely at one distillery.

Must be mashed, distilled, and matured in the United States of America.

Must be matured in oak casks with capacity no larger than 700 liters.

Must be distilled to no more than 160 proof and bottled at a minimum of 80 proof.
