Amber color. Aromas and flavors of prunes steeped in earl grey tea, cinnamon, and almond nougat with a dry medium-full body and a warming, complex, long finish with accents of burnt caramel, grilled spiced apple, wood smoke, and pumpernickel. Rich and fat, dry and nutty with a warm, grilled apple finish that opens up beautifully on ice or with drops of water; would also make a stellar Old Fashioned.

Must be composed of 100% malted barley.

Must be distilled entirely at one distillery.

Must be mashed, distilled, and matured in the United States of America.

Must be matured in oak casks with capacity no larger than 700 liters.

Must be distilled to no more than 160 proof and bottled at a minimum of 80 proof.
