Amber color. Fruity, nutty aromas and flavors of butterscotch, cinnamon poached pear, maple, and toasted walnuts with a silky, soft, dry medium-to-full body and a silky, charming, medium-length finish that shows impressions of white pepper - marzipan - nutmeg, honeydew, candied walnuts, and nutmeg. Warm, fruity and nutty with a lightly spice confectionary note, perfect for sipping by a fireplace.

Must be distilled entirely at one distillery.

Must be mashed, distilled, and matured in the United States of America.

Must be matured in oak casks with capacity no larger than 700 liters.

Must be distilled to no more than 160 proof and bottled at a minimum of 80 proof.
