Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of smoldering peat fire with dried flowers, vanilla and clove, and dried black cherry with a round, tangy, bone-dry medium-to-full body and a warming, nuanced, medium-long finish with accents of smoldering earth and flowers, roasted nuts, clove, leather, and cigar box, vanilla nougat and citrus with red berries, and crispy duck skin with plum sauce. A very well executed Single Malt with a fantastic quality of peat smoke; damn near indistinguishable from top quality Scottish brethren.
