Amber color. Attractive aromas and flavors of dark caramelized pecans, Belgians waffles with maple and whipped cream, leather glove, and cola float with French vanilla ice cream with a silky, bright, dry medium-to-full body and a warming, compelling, medium-long finish manifesting elements of maple syrup with chili peppers on pound cake, horchata, saw dust, and hint of rubber sap and aloe. A dry woody aged rum that will excel in a snifter with cigars as well as in elevated classic cocktails.
