Medium golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of warm molasses and maple syrup mixture, very ripe banana and pineapple, toasted baking spices, and cinnamon bark with a round, vibrant, dryish medium body and a warming, intriguing, medium-length finish with nuances of chocolate creme brulee, caramelized plantains, leather and candied bacon, and vanilla and caramel spiced cashews and pecans. Whelp, that is delicious and well balanced between fruit, barrel, and a touch of funk.
