Gold color. Aromas and flavors of grilled ripe pineapple, smoked banana peels, toffee and cardamom, and peanut brittle with a velvety, crisp, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish that exhibits impressions of dunder and umami smoke, grilled fruits, banana and pineapple, and roasted spiced nuts and cedar shavings. A youthful and vibrant Jamaican Rum with a little extra get up and go that let’s its tropical fruit flavors pop on the palate.
