Dark golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of freshly baked cinnamon roll, hazelnut, cashew, and tonka bean, candied orange, and coconut cream with a round, dryish medium body and a long finish displaying touches of sweet grass and sweet mint, tonka bean, vanilla salt water taffy, cinnamon and sugar roast nuts, and black walnut. Quietly excellent, this Rum is made for the more contemplative sort; please use in elegant cocktails or as a fine Scotch substitute.
