Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of cinnamon sugar, flambéed bananas, apricot marmalade, and mocha and black tea with a velvety, dry medium body and a very long finish revealing nuances of buttery caramel cream, fresh cinnamon roll, buttered banana bread, and chocolate covered bitter orange. A Rum of excellent quality and authenticity; tastes of pot still and carries natural sweetness balanced with delicate bitterness.
