Grassy, green, herbal, candied aromas and flavors of fresh cane juice and bamboo shoots, clover honey in mineral water, sweet grass and lemon grass, and mint and ginger candy with a velvety, lively, dry medium body and a tingling, refreshing, medium-length finish with touches of mashed plantain with pineapple juice, coconut water, mint and anise, and sweet grass and oyster juice. Just love the delicate and sweet cane juice flavors with vibrant fruit and interwoven earthy and grassy funk.
