Honey Beer is any beer containing some amount of honey in the recipe. If the honey is added before the wort is finished fermenting, yeast will consume the sugars in the honey, creating a leaner boozier brew. For a richer, chewier beer, the honey is added near the end of the fermentation process when its sugars can't completely be converted to alcohol. Different honeys combined with different beer styles result in a wide range of flavors, so make sure to try them when you see them!
