Dark copper color. Aromas and flavors of butter roasted nut, spiced figs and dried stone fruits, brandied tamarind and dates, and soy sauce honey vinaigrette with a satiny, bright, moderately sweet medium-to-full body and a tingling, compelling, medium-long finish revealing notes of chestnut honey, honey baked peaches, and maple syrup. A fine Mead for Bourbon fans.
