Gold color. Aromas and flavors of beeswax, wet pine, flour sack, and bit o honey with a soft, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a brisk finish with accents of honeyed dried apple and pear, dandelion, pepper, and anisette. A soft, earthy well balanced mead with a pleasant finish.
