Golden straw color. Aromas and flavors of orange zest, arugala, white peach, and herbs de provence with a satiny, crisp, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a medium-to-long finish with suggestions of white peach and raspberry nougat, sage, thyme, and cinnamon, orange, and mint. Sweet and savory with an excellent citrus zest and buttered herbs; this would be spectacular with pan seared scallops.
