Medium golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of clover honey, Mandarin orange, dried flowers, and cinnamon with a round, lively, fruity medium body and a tingling, layered, medium-length finish displaying touches of candied orange, wildflower honey and bitter almonds, orange zest, and cinnamon and grapefruit. A bittersweet and delightfully tart spirit balanced with honey sweetness and rich spices that can be enjoyed alone as much as it can in a Spritz.

Serve in a Copita
Broadly speaking, an aperitivo drink is any beverage intended to "open up the palate" and is drunk before a meal. An aperitivo liqueur is typically bitter, light, and served in spritz with sparkling wine and/or mineral water. Campari and Aperol are two well-known products in this category.
