Amber color. Aromas and flavors of yeasty raisin soda bread, roasted black walnuts, carob and tamari, and conditioned wood and leather with a satiny, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a silky, complex, long finish with notes of frosted raisin bran, chocolate mint cookie, orange blossom honey on buttered brioche, and charred and caramelized brussels sprouts. A delicious and complex Rye with lovely layers of flavor that evolve in the glass as exceptional spirits do.
