Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of dark honey, baking spices, butterscotch, and candy corn and clove with a glycerous, bright, off-dry medium body and an interesting, medium-length finish that shows notes of basswood honey, english toffee with peanuts, caramel on corn bread, and cinnamon. Like an American Sortilege; has a nice sweet baking spice layered onto the Bourbon.

While these can be enjoyed over ice, most are used mixed with soda or tonic or else in a hot toddy.
