Medium gold color. Aromas and flavors of black pepper on caramel corn, BBQ spice rub and burnt ends, grilled orange, and over steeped Oolong tea with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a warming, appealing, medium-length finish with shades of smoked pepper, grilled rye bread, toasted orange, and honey roasted cashew. A sweet, spicy, mildly smoky, untraditional Rye Whiskey; and while a touch hot on the ABV it’s also undeniably tasty and draws you back in to sip, savor, and contemplate.
