Gold color. Aromas and flavors of green apple, acacia honey, red apple, orange, cinnamon, mint, and linen with a silky, bright, dry medium body and a tingling, amusing, medium-length finish evoking notes of apple, honey, pastry dough, and elderflower. A grain forward Single Malt that shows good quality distillation and expresses delicious aromas of white orchard fruit; likely to benefit with greater barrel maturation.
