Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of caramel cake, roasted tropical fruits, cumin and sesame breadstick dough, and hint of Chicken Kiev with a supple, crisp, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tingling, compelling, long finish with notes of caramelized nuts, flan with cayenne, and sweet and peppery spices. A robust, flavor-packed reposado with nice depth, length, and warmth.
