Aromas of agave, olive brine and pickled green pepper, and citrus with a dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tingling, medium-to-long candied orange zest, cardamon, eucalyptus, and chili pepper finish. This has a dark chocolate and black pepper taste that would pair well with a cafe forward dessert or cocktail.
