Copper color. Aromas and flavors of chocolate shavings, caramel, dried apricot, and coconut shell with an dry medium body and a tingling, delightful, medium-length finish with accents of wood grilled pineapple, cafe au lait, and bananas foster. Beautifully crafted, chewy and balanced, this aged rum will make a fine hand-shaken daiquiri and an excellent addition to your cocktail larder.
