Aromas and flavors of cherry Chapstick, beeswax, cinnamon toast crunch, and black pepper and Herbs de Provence with a velvety, lively, dry medium-to-full body and a warming, engaging, medium-long finish that presents accents of spiced orange zest, chocolate covered orange and coconut, black pepper on a caramel stroopwaffel, and bacon wrapped maple syrup dates. A lovely spice backbone pairs with a vibrant cherry essence that makes this a nice sipper or a natural base for a Manhattan.
