Aromas and flavors of vanilla-banana souffle, rice flour and candies, coconut milk in a granite cup, and cashew nougat and wheat grass with a silky, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tingling, stimulating, medium-length finish that presents accents of vanilla turkish taffy, banana meringue in a bamboo bowl, whipped cream, wax, and minerals and pepper. Fresh cane juice rums are made with fresh sugar cane juice instead of molasses, but are not AOC or DO, products such as Martinique Rhum, Haitian Rhum or Cachaça.
