Aromas and flavors of toffee, soy, bbq dry rub, cinnamon and dark chocolate, singed caramel sauce, and baking spices and soy sauce with a velvety, lively, dry medium body and a peppery, medium-long finish imparting notes of toffee cake, cinnamon and caramel, baked red fruit, and cinnamon crusted pecans. This sweet pastry laden gem seems designed for usage in Tiki applications.
