Gold color. Aromas and flavors of poached apricot with a honey glaze, italian leather, cigar box, and bananas foster with a round, bright, dry medium body and a nuanced, long finish that exhibits accents of sticky toffee pudding with raspberry caramel chocolate sauce and dried red flowers. A young Single Malt with lots of potential and high quality barrels expressing dried fruit, baking spices, and savory notes.
