Dark amber color. Aromas and flavors of caramel and vanilla roasted walnuts, fresh coffee grounds, grilled grapes, basswood honey, and cedar and leather with a velvety, vibrant, dry medium-full body and a warming, delightful, medium-long finish with notes of stewed cherries and cocoa nibs, butterscotch on bread pudding, charred creme brulee and pencil shavings, and shitake mushroom. A rich and youthful but barrel forward expression of American Single Malt that would pair well with a medium-bodied cigar.
