Amber color. Aromas and flavors of BBQ grill grates, toasted vanilla-glazed waffle, malted milk, and burnt ends with a dryish medium-to-full body and a warming, elegant, medium-long finish displaying suggestions of milk chocolate candy, caramel syrup, and almond nougat. Long and interesting, this Idaho rum has a bit of Jamaican rum funk and BBQ notes that play off milk chocolate and breakfast syrup notes.
