Medium clear golden amber color. Baked, attractive, tropical, woody aromas of red apple covered in caramel, cinnamon bark, kettle corn, and over ripe pineapple and banana with a full body and a warming, interesting, brisk apple pie, cinnamon bark (torched), coconut husk, and pineapple skins, scotched sugar, coffee cake, and paprika, espresso, leather, and and tobacco finish. Rich and sweet but not confected; lots of intense flavor going on that would make a great float on a Mai Tai or make a crazy fancy banana Daiquiri.
