Gold color. Aromas and flavors of clove and orange, pickled ginger, banana and apricot, and bubble gum with a velvety, lively, petillant, dry medium-to-full body and a tingling, nuanced, medium-long finish manifesting notes of banana bubble gum, clove and grains of paradise, ginger, and green herbs. Delightfully fruity with a nice complex compliment of spices.

Belgian Style Blonde Ale

Belgian style blondes are light straw to gold in color and range in alcohol from 6-8%. This is not a classic style of Belgian ale, but covers the more commercially-minded Belgian ales that are moderate in both body and alcohol. Fruity Belgian yeast character and mild hopping should be expected. Noteworthy examples of this style include: Leffe Blonde, La Trappe Blond and Affligem Blond.
