Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of wild flower honey in jasmine tea, sweet yellow apple, beeswax, and marcona almond with a round, bright, dryish light-to-medium body and a tingling, intricate, medium-long finish with touches of yellow apple, honeysuckle, banana lemon cream, and marzipan and cream soda. Intensely floral with sweet orchard fruit and ripe tropical fruits on the nose and palate; a beautiful New World take on a classic white Rhone.
