Spicy, candied aromas and flavors of spiced maple, cinnamon roll, and green apple with a slightly chewy, soft, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a peppery, elegant, medium-long finish revealing nuances of caramelized bacon wrapped dates, oats, dates, and wood chips. Bold and spicy, with flavors of green apple and notes of caramel, bacon and dates.
